Individual Therapy
50-minute appointments - $170
Standard 50-minute appointments are available in-person or via telehealth for $170 per session.
You do not require a referral from your GP to book an appointment. However, with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session.

Medicare Rebates
Rebate of $98 per session
With a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP, you can access Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Medicare rebate: $98.95 per session
Out-of-pocket cost: $71.05 per session
Medicare rebates are processed after each session and are typically deposited into your nominated bank account within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancelation 48+ hours out
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (including weekends and public holidays) is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the appointment time to be offered to other clients seeking support.
24–48 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice: $100 cancellation fee
Non-attendance or cancellation without notice: full session fee charged
Please note that Medicare rebates are not available for cancellation fees.
